THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR CRACK LCD REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
1. LCD replacement program is valid for every purchase of Kaizen Screen Protector Armoured Stage 2, Armoured Stage 3 and Bring-Your-On-Device (BYOD) package only.
2. Only applicable for device and Kaizen screen protector Armoured Stage 2 and Armoured Stage 3 that are purchased together in one single invoice.
3. Free LCD replacement is only valid for brand new and original Malaysian devices. Device under clearance corner, used or display set all are not entitled for LCD replacement program.
4. Free LCD replacement is valid for 1 time only within 3 months (Armour Stage 2) or within 6 months (Armour Stage 3) from the date of purchase.
5. Original warranty card and official receipt must be presented during claim request.
6. Tempered warranty card or modified receipt may cause void of warranty.
7. Original Kaizen Screen Protector must still attached on the purchased smartphone during claim request. Warranty will be voided if Kaizen Screen Protector has been peeled off or removed by any party other than DirectD.
8. Kaizen Screen Protector is not transferable to any device.
9. LCD Replacement program is void if the device has changed ownership.
10. DirectD has the rights to reject any warranty request for suspicious or damage smartphone (broken, cannot switch on, water damage, etc) or in the case of device that has been opened or disassembled by any other party.
11. Request process and approval will take approximately 7 to 14 working days.
12. For successful request, DirectD will replace cracked LCD with an OEM LCD. The replacement LCD will carry 1 month manufacturer defect warranty.
13. Some functions on the device might not be working, for example; for device with IP rating, it will no longer have the same protection to water and dust after the screen replacement process.
14. DirectD is not responsible for any loss of data of the device.
15. DirectD will only replace the LCD on the approved device, and won’t be responsible for any faulty parts other than LCD itself.
16. DirectD will not replace Kaizen Screen Protector on the device with a new replacement screen. Customer can still purchase a new Kaizen Screen Protector, but it will no longer carry free LCD replacement warranty.
17. For device under Bring-Your-On-Device (BYOD) package, DirectD has the rights to inspect the condition of the devicebefore proceed.
18. All decisions made by DirectD is final and shall not be contested.
FOR FILM WARRANTY
1. All film purchased under Armour Stage 2 and 3 are entitled for unlimited free replacement and also one time free replacement, subject to the conditions stated below.
2. Unlimited free replacement is applicable when any of this situation occurs:
i. Discolored film
ii. Film delamination
3. One time free replacement is applicable when any of this situation occurs:
iii. Water impact
v. Any particle trapped in between the film and the screen
4. Original Kaizen Screen Protector must still attached on the purchased smartphone during claim request. Warranty will be voided if Kaizen Screen Protector has been peeled off or removed by any party other than DirectD.
5. All decisions made by DirectD is final and shall not be contested.
